Amer Hashim graduated from the College of Political Science, University of Baghdad, in 2006. With more than 15 years of experience navigating Iraq’s government and regulatory landscape, he joined Spectrum Integrated Solutions LLC (SIS) in 2018 as the company’s lead liaison for government relations in Baghdad.
In his role as Government Relations Manager, Amer is responsible for managing SIS’s interactions with key authorities, including the Baghdad Residency Directorate, the Ministry of Oil, and the Ministry of Labor & Social Affairs. He oversees the processing of visas, work permits, and residency applications for international clients, ensuring that all requirements are met efficiently and in compliance with Iraqi law.
Amer is recognized for his strong relationships with government officials and his ability to resolve complex administrative challenges. His leadership and expertise play a crucial role in SIS’s reputation for delivering reliable, compliant, and timely support to companies operating in Iraq.
