Having lived through multiple wars has profoundly shaped me, instilling strength, focus, and a deep appreciation for new opportunities. It was this resilience, coupled with my willingness to take risks, that ultimately led me to board that plane and immigrate to the U.S. two decades ago. The challenges I faced have been invaluable assets, propelling me forward and shaping my approach as a leader. They have not only strengthened my resolve but also imparted a profound understanding of the importance of embracing change and seizing opportunities as they arise.
