Hajar Saad Hussein brings over 14 years of professional experience in government administration, project coordination, and compliance support. Prior to joining Spectrum Integrated Solutions, she served at Iraq’s Ministry of Electricity where she led planning, reporting, and interdepartmental coordination for infrastructure and energy sector initiatives. At SIS, Hajar serves as Operations Manager, overseeing the company’sday-to-day administrative and service delivery functions across Iraq. She brings deep institutional knowledge, strong organizational skills, and hands-on experience in regulatory documentation, tendering, and stakeholder communication.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Translation from the College of Arts and is fluent in Arabic and English, with working knowledge of Turkish.
