Taif A. Al Jubouri

Taif Al Jubouri brings over two decades of experience managing high-impact projects across Iraq and the U.S., with a strong track record in infrastructure, security, telecommunications, and government contracting. As the founder and CEO of Spectrum Integrated Solutions LLC, woman-owned business established in 2010, she has positioned the company as a trusted partner for clients navigating Iraq’s complex regulatory and operational landscape.

Her career began with pioneering work in broadcasting, where she led Iraq’s first Digital Video Broadcasting-Terrestrial (DVB-T) project in 2002—a groundbreaking initiative that marked the region’s first shift from analog to digital. She went on to lead Iraq’s first post- war internet infrastructure project, managing a $20 million VSAT rollout that supported Coalition Forces and established foundational communications across the country.

Ms. Al Jubouri’s extensive background also includes overseeing two $100 million logistics contracts as Contracts Administrator and Operations Officer for a major U.S. Government security provider, where she coordinated personnel, assets, and risk management in volatile environments. She later served with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Iraq’s International Zone, where she liaised between the U.S. Embassy and Iraqi Utility Services, ensuring the delivery of essential infrastructure support.

In Washington, D.C., she held key leadership roles with U.S.-based firms, spearheading regional business development in the oil and gas, NGO, and security sectors—experience that now informs her strategic approach to serving clients across industries.

Holding a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Technology in Baghdad, and fluent in both English and Arabic, Ms. Al Jubouri combines technical precision with cultural fluency. Her leadership continues to drive Spectrum’s growth, ensuring clients receive reliable, compliant, and locally informed support on the ground in Iraq.
