Mohammed Hassan Jabber graduated from the College of Administration and Economics, Department of Business Administration, Shatt Al-Arab University, in 2018. He joined Spectrum Integrated Solutions LLC (SIS) in 2019 and has since advanced to the role of Public Relations Manager – Basra.
In this position, Mohammed supervises a team of PR Officers and Field Officers operating across critical locations and government offices, including Rumaila, Majnoon, West Qurna, Siba, Block 9, North & South Rumaila, as well as the Basra Oil Company and the Basra Health Department. He is responsible for coordinating and managing the processing of visas, work permits, and oil field gate passes, ensuring that client applications are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with Iraqi regulations.
Mohammed is recognized for his leadership, operational oversight, and in-depth knowledge of local administrative processes. His role is central to SIS’s ability to provide seamless on-the-ground support to clients and to maintain strong working relationships with both government authorities and the private sector in southern Iraq.
